Kuih ni I buat actually last weekend…nak bawak pi open house one of my friend tapi tak sempat nak post…maklumlah, anak-anak baru start new academic year ni, sibuk lah sikit dengan homework and perjumpaan dengan cikgu2…

Resipi ni I ambik from myresipi but I forgot from whom…walaubagaimanapun I’m really glad that I found this recipe coz it is sooo easy and sedap.

Bahan2:

  • 1 cup sugar for caramel
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tsp soda bicarbonate
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter

Cara2:

  1. Untuk membuat caramel, masak 1 cup of sugar dalam periuk hingga perang. Padamkan api dan masukkan air panas. Kemudian masukkan 1/2 cup of sugar dan butter, kacau hingga gula hancur. Sejukkan.
  2. Dalam manguk, beat eggs, flour, milk and soda bicarbonate till all combine.
  3. Bila caramel mixture dah sejuk, combine kedua-dua mixture and leave for 30 mins.
  4. Masukkan dalam loyang and bake for 30 – 40 mins @ 160C.

  1. Nak tanya susu manis ke susu lemak kurang jelaslah.
    Saya tak pernah buat tapi nak cuba jugalah sapelah tahu ada rezeki boleh buat perniagaan. ok ke awak tak kisahkan.
